She practices in the full range of immigration and refugee applications. Joycna also regularly represents clients in judicial reviews, applications for a writ of mandamus, and motions for stays of removal before the Federal Court of Canada. Joycna holds a law degree from Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law, and a bachelor of arts degree, with honours, specializing in anthropology from the University of Guelph. Since graduating in 2020, she has been developing her practice in refugee and immigration law, with a special interest in gender-related cases.
