With over a decade of experience, Will specializes in complex immigration matters, including refusals, inadmissibility issues, appeals, and judicial reviews. He frequently represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada, with a focus on international students, families, and temporary foreign workers.<\/p>\n<p>Will also provides strategic advice on immigration, decolonization, and race equity to government bodies, media, educational institutions, and businesses. He is the creator of the award-winning Vancouver Immigration Blog and has taught at the University of British Columbia\u2019s CILPP program.<\/p>\n<h2>Laura Schemitsch:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/heronlaw.ca\/team\/#:~:text=and%20Refugee%20Lawyer-,Laura%20Schemitsch,-(she\/her)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laura Schemitsch<\/a> is a Canadian Immigration and Refugee Lawyer at Heron Law Offices. She has been practicing immigration law since 2020 with a wide scope of matters and complexity. Laura\u2019s academic work has been featured in peer-reviewed journals and prominent media outlets.
