Les membres fondateurs avaient pour objectif de cr\u00e9er une organisation capable de repr\u00e9senter efficacement le barreau de l&#8217;immigration, d&#8217;encourager une communaut\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante d&#8217;avocats de l&#8217;immigration, d&#8217;universitaires et d&#8217;\u00e9tudiants, de promouvoir une repr\u00e9sentation juridique de haute qualit\u00e9 par des avocats de l&#8217;immigration et d&#8217;assurer l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de ses membres. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4baaebe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4baaebe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Gouvernance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cd327f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cd327f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;ACAI a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 but non lucratif le 1er janvier 2021. Nos membres fondateurs ont \u00e9tabli un Comit\u00e9 directeur pour consulter les avocats sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en droit de l&#8217;immigration et les parties prenantes \u00e0 travers le Canada et d\u00e9terminer le niveau de soutien et les priorit\u00e9s initiales de notre organisation. <\/p><p>Pr\u00e8s de 500 avocats canadiens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en droit de l&#8217;immigration ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ACAI en 2022-23. Notre premi\u00e8re \u00e9lection a \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9e par un comit\u00e9 des \u00e9lections ind\u00e9pendant conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la politique \u00e9lectorale de l&#8217;ACAI et notre premier Conseil d&#8217;administration \u00e9lu en janvier 2023. Les dirigeants de l&#8217;ACAI sont nomm\u00e9s par le Conseil d&#8217;administration. Notre Conseil d&#8217;administration est inclusif et repr\u00e9sentatif de nos membres, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de jeunes avocats ou de membres chevronn\u00e9s du barreau canadien de Par ces efforts, nous cherchons \u00e0 \u00e9duquer et \u00e0 informer nos membres, les organisations parties prenantes et le public sur le droit de l&#8217;immigration. Nous collaborons \u00e9galement avec des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, des membres du parlement et des membres du cabinet, et nous menons ou soutenons des litiges tests. En outre, l&#8217;ACAI d\u00e9fend l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat, convaincu que les avocats sont les professionnels les plus qualifi\u00e9s pour repr\u00e9senter les clients en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;immigration \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de leur parcours d&#8217;immigration. Nous proposons chaque ann\u00e9e de nombreuses sessions de formation continue en droit (CLE), destin\u00e9es aux avocats de tous niveaux d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience. Nos sessions de formation continue comprennent des ateliers pratiques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences dans de nouveaux domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9, ainsi que des sessions avanc\u00e9es visant \u00e0 tenir nos membres inform\u00e9s sur des sujets complexes. De plus, L&#8217;ACAI met \u00e0 la disposition de ses membres des documents pr\u00e9cieux relatifs \u00e0 la pratique du droit de l\u2019immigration par le biais de la biblioth\u00e8que de L&#8217;ACAI.
