In his business immigration practice, Charles advises employers on cross-border workforce mobility and corporate immigration strategy. He provides guidance on a full range of immigration matters, including Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Intra-Company Transfers, and professional work permit applications under CUSMA/USMCA, CPTPP, CUKTCA, CETA, and GATS. He also assists clients with personal immigration matters, such as Working Holiday and Young Professionals permits, Temporary Resident Visas, Study Permit applications, Post-Graduation Work Permits applications, family sponsorship applications, Permanent Residence applications through economic immigration streams, Provincial Nominee Programs, as well as citizenship applications.

Prior to founding Evergreen Solicitors, Charles was a senior associate with the Business Law and Business Immigration practice groups at a prominent Canadian national law firm. He previously practised with another national firm, advising on matters related to banking and financial services.
