Daud’s practice encompasses a broad range of immigration matters including routinely assisting clients with business visas, all types of work permits (including Labour Market Impact Assessment based work permits), rehabilitation applications, temporary resident permits, citizenship applications and permanent residency applications.
During his time at Osgoode Hall Law School, he served as a caseworker in the Immigration and Refugee Division at Parkdale Community Legal Services where he assisted low-income individuals and families with immigration and refugee matters. He completed his articles at Neighbourhood Legal Services in downtown Toronto where he primarily focused on immigration and citizenship matters.
Prior to joining CILF, Daud worked as a lawyer at an immigration boutique in Toronto where he practiced immigration law, focusing on humanitarian and compassionate applications, inadmissibility matters, family class sponsorship and temporary resident permits.
