Gabriella Nudo (CLE Moderator) founded Avocats MGL Lawyers in 2023 with a view to providing clients with the highest quality immigration services and strategies to navigate Canada’s intricate legal system. Gabriella is bilingual and successfully assists her clients in both English and French. Gabriella runs a comprehensive immigration practice that supports multinational corporations, small-medium and start-up businesses, entrepreneurs and investors, as well as individuals interested in the successful navigation of Canada’s immigration system.
Nakul Kohli is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of Balance Law Professional Corporation, a law firm based out of Niagara Falls, servicing clients in tax, corporate law, real estate, employment law, civil litigation, and wills and estate planning. Prior to establishing Balance Law, Nakul spent almost 9 years with Big5 Accounting firms in Toronto, particularly, KPMG Law, PwC Canada and RSM Canada where he worked in international tax, M&A, and tax disputes divisions. He also served as a corporate legal counsel for a multinational mining conglomerate in India before moving to Canada in 2013. Nakul has obtained an LLM in International Business Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and has completed his CPA In-depth in tax and CPA advanced In-depth in international tax from CPA Canada. When he is not working, Nakul is busy with his two boys and/or working for his non-profit organization in Niagara Falls.
Gabriela Dos is the Founding Partner of ABM Accounting. Gabriela brings over 20 years’ experience in the bookkeeping and accounting field. Prior to founding ABM in 2006, Gabriela worked with large transportation companies as an accountant and helped negotiate various distribution deals with many publicly listed companies. She’s a member of the Certified Professional Bookkeepers (“CPB”) and is also certified in QuickBooks Online as a ProAdvisor. Gabriela received her Honours BA in Foreign Languages from the University of Kiev and studied accounting at Seneca College. When not crunching numbers, Gabriela enjoys visiting Portugal, doing wine tasting and catching up on her favorite tv shows.
