Andrew Koltun:
Andrew Koltun is an immigration, refugee, and civil litigation lawyer based in Niagara-Hamilton, practicing at Koltun Law P.C. His immigration practice focuses on cases at the intersection of immigration and mental health, as well as IRCC’s use of artificial intelligence to make decisions.
Through his civil litigation practice, Andrew assists immigrants in bringing professional negligence and fraudulent representation claims against regulated and ghost consultants.
As a transparency advocate, Andrew helps journalists and researchers appeal ATIP and FOIA requests before federal and provincial information commissioners. Lou Janssen Dangzalan:
Lou Janssen Dangzalan is an immigration lawyer based in Toronto, practicing at LJD Law P.C. Lou specializes in economic immigration and family reunification, crafting tailored pathways to permanent residency for students, workers, and families. He also handles complex issues such as Federal Court litigation on temporary residence refusals and misrepresentation.
