Impact the Future of Canadian Immigration
Volunteering is in CILA’s DNA. CILA was initially built, and continues to be managed, by immigration lawyers who serve on a voluntary basis. For CILA to continue to have a positive impact on Canadian immigration, we need more immigration lawyers and law students to contribute to the organization as volunteers.
CILA offers a variety of volunteer opportunities. For example, you may wish to express your interest in becoming a nominee for CILA’s next Board of Directors election. You may also wish to join a CILA committee in order to develop policy recommendations and research reports, liaise with government officials, or organize educational and networking events.
