Ben Liston, Staff Lawyer, Legal Aid Ontario (LAO)

Ben Liston is a seasoned immigration and refugee litigator at Legal Aid Ontario, actively engaged in test-case advocacy and complex refugee protection litigation. He brings direct, frontline experience representing clients caught within the C-12 framework and coordinating individual risk assessments alongside ongoing constitutional challenges before the Federal Court.
