We are pleased to announce the addition of four new members to CILA’s Board of Directors.

Sarah Adler (Toronto)
Sarah is a senior immigration lawyer at MT>iplus, a division of McCarthy Tétrault, where she brings extensive experience in advising multinational corporations on complex immigration matters. Sarah is a member of both the New York State Bar (3rd District) and the Law Society of Ontario. She has previously served on the Board of Talent Beyond Boundaries, an NGO that supports the relocation of refugees through economic immigration programs. Learn more about Sarah here.
Grace Allen (Halifax)
Grace is the founder and principal immigration lawyer at Grace Allen Law based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and focuses on immigration, refugee and human rights matters. Grace’s work has included appearances before the Immigration and Refugee Board, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, and the Federal Court of Canada. Learn more about Grace here.
Jae-Yeon (Jae) Lim (Vancouver)
Jae is a seasoned immigration lawyer at Harris & Company LLP, specializing primarily in corporate immigration. Jae has taught immigration law at the University of British Columbia and has been recognized by Chambers and Partners (2024) as one of the leading immigration lawyers nationwide, under the “Associate to Watch” category. Ekaterina (Katia) Neouimina (Toronto)
Katia is an experienced immigration lawyer and founder of ENN Law, where she provides services to corporations and individuals across several areas of Canadian immigration law.
